Please download the registration form and return it when completed.  Return information is included on the form.  Once you have submitted your registration form, please review fee options below.

Fees

• Conference fees
  • Early Bird: $420 CDN / $400 US (After August 31, fees change to $450 CDN or $425 US)
  • Student rate: $50 CDN (with ID, and does not include refreshment or meals)
  • Spouse rate: $210 CDN / $200 US
• Payment: cheques are accepted by mail or on-line via PayPal (listed below)
• Cheques payable to: EMME/2 Users Group - Toronto
